Olamide spoke to HipTV recently and he opened up about life after his father’s death.

The YBNL boss said “I have to be strong for myself, I have to be strong for my people…make every moment count, every minute, every second, live to the fullest while you are here”. It was clearly an emotional moment.

He moved on to speak about his new album “Eyan Mayweather” which he described as “different”, saying he challenged himself to do something “unusual”.

He described the back and forth discussion between himself and his manager on whether the album should be released especially with no collaborations.

His OLIC Concert will take place on the 27th of December 2015
