Musical Instrument Museum, Phoenix dedicates a corner to
legendary juju musician King Sunny Ade’s musical instrument and
costume.
KSA was recently proclaimed a Honorary Citizen Goodwill
Ambassador of the City of Houston.
The master guitarist turns 70 on September 22, 2016.
Veteran juju musician King Sunny Ade (KSA) is among the
selected artists whose musical instruments and costumes are put
on display at the Musical Instrument Museum (MIM) in Phoenix,
America.
The museum that is famous for displaying at least 16,000
instruments of great artistes and countries from across the
globe has dedicate a special corner to the iconic juju musician
where his guitar and famous costume are currently being
exhibited.

Also on display in the museum are some traditional musical
instruments from Nigeria. Other famous artistes whose
instruments are displayed at the museum include The Beatles,
Taylor Swift.
Though the master guitarist will turn 70 on September 22,
2016, fans in Houston kicked off his 70th birthday by hosting
him to a pre-birthday party on August 21 while on his just
concluded US tour.
He was also proclaimed as an Honorary Citizen Goodwill
Ambassador of the City of Houston by the Mayor during his
Houston birthday celebration.
